That boom boom boom," said Caroline Schuster, a resident who lives adjacent to the venue she identified as the Beer Stubby. John Bartel, another nearby resident, said the volume is "offensive" and has forced residents to keep doors and windows closed.
The committee’s action allows the renewal applications to move forward; members repeatedly said the Village Board will take the ultimate vote and that the village attorney should be present when the full board considers any changes to enforcement or the permitting process.
