The planning and zoning commission recommended approval and staff recommended the special‑use permit.
The applicant was present but made no extended remarks. Trustee Trickey moved the recommendation, seconded by Mister Yoke; the committee voted unanimously to forward the permit to the village board with a positive recommendation.
