Elm Street reconstruction to close segment to through traffic starting June 9; work expected through September

The city has coordinated communication with the post office and the Foundry, and staff said the new city administrator, Josh Warner, would post an additional public notice on social media.
Council members emphasized public communication and encouraged residents to follow city notices about detours and access during the construction period.
