Council hires consultant for strategic plan and internal communications review

Consultant Shaqri Bryant described a four‑phase engagement: discovery and document review, stakeholder interviews (about 20 people), data analysis and a final report with a development roadmap. “We’re looking to see if we can get to the root of the gaps in communication,” Bryant said, adding the team would deliver recommendations and suggested next steps.
Council voted to authorize the town manager to sign the contract, with attorney review; the motion passed unanimously. Bryant said the proposed timeline is seven to eight weeks from start to finish, including one‑on‑one interviews and a final presentation.
