Four Casa Grande community-facility districts adopt FY2025-26 budgets and tax levies

Copper Mountain Ranch: Staff recommended adoption of a final expenditure budget of $20,006,843 and a property-tax rate of $0.30 per $100 of net assessed value; the staff report stated the total levy amount as $2,572. The board adopted Resolution No. 103; a roll call recorded all members voting yes (Board members Romo, Dugan, Bedellin, Edwards, Huddleston, Vice Chairman Herman and Chair Fitzgibbons).
Mission Royale: Staff recommended a final expenditure budget of $1,573,216, the same as the district's tentative budget, and a property-tax rate of 1.153 per $100 of net assessed value for a total levy reported as $500,060. The board adopted Resolution No. 81; a roll call recorded unanimous approval by the listed board members.
Post Ranch: Staff recommended a final expenditure budget of $20,001,700 and, as stated in the staff report, a property-tax rate of $0.30 per $100 of net assessed value. The board adopted Resolution No. 60; the roll-call vote recorded yes from all members present.
Villago: Staff recommended a final expenditure budget of $363,003.84 and a secondary-property-tax rate of 0.8204 per $100 of net assessed value for a total levy of $196,005.71. The board adopted Resolution No. 76 by unanimous roll call.
Nut Graf: Each district's staff presentation noted the final budgets matched the tentative budgets the boards had adopted on May 5, and that state-required notices had been published; each board adopted its resolution by roll call with all members recorded as voting yes.
