The Neenah Common Council on Wednesday approved three items from the Finance and Personnel Committee.
The council voted 8-0 to transition the human resources recruitment and retention coordinator position from part time to full time effective July 1, 2025. The committee presented the change as a staffing adjustment to support recruitment and retention work.
Council also approved the tentative agreement with the Neenah Police Local (union) covering 2025 through 2027 by unanimous vote. No substantive discussion was recorded at the council meeting on the agreement terms.
Finally, the council approved a resolution authorizing a trust agreement with Associated Bank that designates Director Rasmussen as an authorized signatory on certain associated bank accounts. That motion passed 8-0.
