Bennett said pricing windows for some line items had lapsed and the city must reorder to hold the quoted Sourcewell pricing.
Why it matters: Bennett said the developer’s escrow will make the city whole for materials, equipment and manpower. An assistant director noted the escrow is roughly $900,000 and that the escrow is intended to cover all materials and installation costs for phase 1 infrastructure for the subdivision.
