The Town of Davie council voted June 3 to adopt amendments to the town's Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) plan extending the time certain for completion of redevelopment financed by increment revenues and approved two purchase-and-sale agreements for properties downtown.
The CRA resolution, read aloud during the council meeting, "authoriz[es] and confirm[s] the mailing of notices to taxing authorities as required by Florida statutes" and authorizes actions needed to effectuate the amendments. After public comment and discussion, the council voted unanimously to adopt the resolution.
