County staff said sponsorships are not paid as blanket disbursements; recipients must provide proof of advertisement or mockups of materials before funds are released. The Taos County Sheriff's Posse will act as fiscal agent for this request.
Commissioner Brush moved approval; Commissioner Romero seconded. The commission voted yes.
