Committee forwards elementary library digital research RFP award to Capstone and PebbleGo

The North Penn School District finance committee recommended placing on the June 18 action agenda the awarding of an elementary library digital research and literacy resource tool contract to the vendors selected through the district's request for proposals process.
Staff said four vendors responded to the RFP; three respondents did not meet required certifications and qualifications. During procurement conversations with district staff, the committee said the district would proceed with Capstone and PebbleGo as the selected vendors and will present the recommendation at the June 18 board action meeting.
A committee motion to place the award on the board action meeting agenda carried by voice vote. Staff described ongoing procurement conversations and confirmed the recommended vendors will be listed on the June 18 agenda for board action.
