High school renovation moves into construction: natatorium demo, permits pending and phased schedule through 2029

Case said the project received preliminary final approval from the Planning Commission and the team will appear before the Board of Supervisors the following night. PECO’s engineer has confirmed electrical equipment specifications and procurement is underway; legal documents for conveyance of water lines to the North Penn Water and Sewer Authority have been executed. Case reported that the general contractor has meter pits approved and the project is awaiting delivery dates.
