Board members asked whether the sign would be illuminated; Tom and board staff confirmed it would not be. The chair reminded applicants to follow the Design Review Board’s submission requirements posted on the Town of Needham website for future projects.
A roll-call vote recorded the outcome as: Steve — yes; Susan — yes; Millie — yes; Felix — yes. The board asked staff to provide a stamped copy of the approval that the applicant can attach to the building-permit application, consistent with Town of Needham building-department procedures.
