Village awards $140,495 contract for Now Arena retaining wall repair

Two bids were received and Copenhaver was the low responsible bidder, which led staff to recommend the award.
Committee members approved the recommendation by motion and the item was included in the board’s omnibus consent. Staff said construction scheduling will proceed following the board action.
