The district described preferred qualifications as a bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering or facilities management and experience with building systems, including HVAC. The position would be full time, 260 days, with a pay range of $80,000 to $110,000.
After no committee or public questions were recorded, there was a motion to approve the reorganization and related job descriptions. Member Ntapa moved the motion, seconded by Member Russo. The roll call resulted in 5 in the affirmative, 0 in the negative and 2 absent; the motion was approved.
