The court approved Resolution 2025‑69 to designate authorized signatories for GLO state contract number 24‑065‑144‑F003 and related paperwork, and discussed additional contracts identified by state contract code E999 that cover several precinct project areas. County staff said kickoff meetings with the GLO were scheduled and that submission deadlines were approaching: for contract F003 (Harmon Creek, Wood Farm and Riverside) startup documents are due June 20; for the E999 contract package (Precinct 4, Forgotten Forest, Smith Road, Roberts Road and the emergency shelter) the deadline cited was July 20. County staff said they planned to submit all documents together once the court approved the resolutions.
County officials online — including Jordan and Johnny, who participated virtually — told the court the paperwork was in order and that they were ready to proceed to kickoff meetings with the GLO. The court approved the resolutions and related grant-administration contracts and unanimously carried the motions recorded during the meeting.
Staff noted the approvals allow the county to move forward on grant kickoff meetings and finalize startup documentation with the GLO; several county representatives will attend the kickoff sessions, and staff will continue to bring project-level updates to court as work proceeds.
