By unanimous vote the board approved the event permit for Church in the Park (Baptist Church) scheduled for July 20, pending Parks Commission approval. The board also approved the appointment of Allison Fraser to the Hailey Pawn ad hoc committee for a one-year term expiring in 2026.
An RFP for janitorial/cleaning services produced two submissions; the board approved awarding the contract to the low bidder (staff recommendation). The motion to accept the low bidder was moved and seconded and the board voted, “All in favor? So moved.”
