Board accepts sanitary improvements and performance guarantees for multiple Greenwood subdivisions

Developers and their engineers appeared before the Board of Public Works June 2 to request acceptance of sanitary improvements, performance guarantees and final plats for several subdivisions. The board approved acceptance and execution of inspection and testing agreements and maintenance guarantees for Meadows at Bellevue Section 3, Grand Vista Section 3 and Honey Creek Farms sections.
Ryan Thomas, appearing on behalf of 4 Star, said Meadows at Bellevue Section 3 is located at the corner of Mullenix and Olive Branch Road; staff noted an error on the agenda regarding a performance guarantee and that inspection-testing fees had since been paid. Greg Vinter with Lennar presented Grand Vista Section 3 and confirmed the documents were in order. Representatives for Honey Creek Farms presented sections 1 and 2 and obtained approval for performance guarantees and inspection agreements.
The board moved, seconded and voted to approve the items after staff confirmed required documents and that engineering had signed off on the inspections for each section. No conditions beyond standard performance-guarantee and inspection requirements were added by the board.
