She confirmed that surrounding landowners had been notified during the zoning commission process; the action taken at the supervisors’ meeting was to set the formal public hearing date and time so additional notice can be sent under county procedure.
A motion to set the public hearing for June 24 at 10 a.m. carried unanimously.
