Contract terms and budget: the agreement sets a consulting rate of $40 per hour with an annual cap not to exceed $12,000, and county staff confirmed the funding exists in the assessment office budget.
Board action: a motion was made and seconded, and a roll call recorded Commissioners Saenato, Kennedy and Belvoir voting yes; the resolution carried. No public comment altered the action.
