He said a portion of the equipment is budgeted and that the purchase timing was driven by pricing availability. "It's about a hundred $72,000," Fricker said in committee.
Committee members moved for a favorable report and suspension of rules because the quoted pricing window was time-sensitive; the motion passed by voice vote. Engelbert from the IT department was available to answer technical questions, and staff said they will proceed to finalize procurement with Cadenza LLC and schedule installation.
