Menomonee Falls approves development agreement for Fox River Falls Addition No. 3, including sewer interceptor extension

The Village of Menomonee Falls Board of Trustees on June 2 approved a development agreement with Fox River Falls, LLC for Fox River Falls Addition Number 3, a fourth phase consisting of 14 single-family lots. The agreement requires the developer to install public infrastructure — including sanitary and water mains, sewer and roads — at the developer’s expense and then dedicate the improvements to the village at no cost.
The agreement also includes extension of an 18-inch sanitary interceptor along the east side of the property from the village lift station on Silver Spring North to connect near the railroad crossing. Trustees said part of the interceptor work began in an earlier phase. The developer will pay all construction costs; roughly 85% of eligible installation costs for the interceptor are subject to refund through impact fees. Future phases are expected to extend the interceptor toward Lannon as development continues.
Trustee Kress moved to approve the agreement with exhibits to be approved by the Director of Engineering and Development. The motion passed unanimously.
