Menomonee Falls trustees approve 2025–26 liquor, event and fireworks permits on consent agenda

The Village of Menomonee Falls Board of Trustees on June 2 approved a consent agenda that included 2025–26 liquor-license renewals and new license applications, unenclosed-premise permits for hotel and event parking and a fireworks permit for Menomonee Falls High School.
The consent agenda approved license renewals for multiple holders and new 2025–26 Class A fermented malt beverage and Class A liquor license applications for Jahar Khodir Ma LLC (agent Jain Patel) and Speedway LLC (agent Damien Bordeaux), both subject to building-department approvals. The board also approved unenclosed-premise permits for the Delta Hotel by Marriott, Milwaukee Northwest, for events in June, July and September and an unenclosed-premise permit for a Menomonee Falls events parking-lot area at Village Park for July 19, 2025, subject to zoning approval. The trustees approved a fireworks permit for Wolverine Fireworks Display Inc. for Menomonee Falls High School’s display on June 6, 2025. Approvals on the consent agenda were conditioned on the listed inspections and departmental approvals where specified, including building, health, fire, planning and police checks.
The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Trustee Matt Hayes and the board voted unanimously to pass it.
The consent agenda also included approval of minutes from the May 19, 2025 meeting and a list of unenclosed-premise renewals and renewals for various license classes per the packet attached to the meeting materials.
