This memorandum of understanding helps clarify how the actual implementation of that exchange of funds, is occurs," Ms. Stewart said. Mr. Barter credited Mr. Lindsey for drafting the update and described the MOU as a long-standing document that was previously updated for the student resource officer and is now being revised to include downtown TIF arrangements.
