The motion passed on a roll call with councilmembers recorded as voting yes: Coffey; Bledsoe; Marshall; Koldarn; Rob; Williams; O'Shea; and others present at the vote. The minutes show the council's intent to direct the mayor, city manager and city clerk to take any additional steps necessary to implement the budgets.
City staff said the budgets will proceed to implementation steps required by the resolution, and routine budget monitoring will continue through monthly reports and the upcoming audit process.
