Council members said the spreadsheet DCP currently provides—a tabulation exported from the department’s eLicense system—lists basic status data but does not include the underlying complaint or the department’s follow-up documentation. “The chart doesn’t really tell us what the issue is,” a council member said, asking whether the council could receive the complaint itself as an attachment to future reports.
