Council member Lietta Dollhoff moved to place the amendment on the May 20 council consent calendar with a recommendation to approve and authorize the mayor to sign; the motion was seconded by Council member Altauser and passed unanimously.
The committee did not amend program scope or funding amounts during the discussion; the recommendation is procedural to align deliverables and timing with project workflow.
