Berkeley County planning staff recommended and the Planning Commission approved a final plat determination for Weber Springs Section 3 Phase 3B and authorized advertising a public hearing for July 7, 2025.
Staff said the project (file no. 2503-386) proposes 26 townhouse lots on approximately 11.87 acres along Middleway Pike, about 1,800 feet south of Sulphur Springs Road in the Mill Creek District. The developer was listed as Weber Springs LLC and Roberts Land Surveying as the surveyor; County Engineer Doug Smith reviewed the project and deemed it compliant with the subdivision ordinance on May 27, 2025.
Saul Trotter identified himself as representing Weber Springs at the meeting. After no substantive questions from commission members, Planning Commission member Mister Gant moved to accept staff recommendation to advertise a public hearing; Mister Goff seconded and the motion carried.
