Berkeley County planning staff recommended and the Planning Commission accepted a determination that the Patriot Federal Credit Union final plat meets subdivision ordinance requirements and should be advertised for a public hearing July 7, 2025.
Staff reported the project (file no. 2400-929) proposes a 2,895‑square‑foot bank with a drive‑through on 1.71 acres at the northeast corner of Brown Road and Williamsport Pike in Spring Mills. Frederick Seibert and Associates was listed as the engineer and Patriot Federal Credit Union as the developer. County Engineer Doug Smith reviewed the project on May 22, 2025, and deemed it compliant with the subdivision ordinance.
Ed Shriver identified himself as representing Frederick Seibert and Associates during the meeting. Planning Commission member Mister Gant moved to accept staff recommendation to make a final plat determination and advertise a public hearing for July 7; Mister Goff seconded the motion and the commission recorded the ayes.
