Staff described the project (file no. 2504-099) as located in the Falling Waters District on the north side of Bennington Road about 300 feet east of the intersection with Miss Stacy Drive and recommended approval because the final plat meets the subdivision ordinance requirements. The staff report named Thomas Companies LLC as the developer and Fox Associates as the project engineer.
Steve Cianovich identified himself as representing Fox and confirmed his attendance during the public hearing. Planning Commission member Mister Gant moved to close the hearing and accept staff recommendation; Mister Goff seconded. The commission recorded the ayes and approved the plat contingent upon receipt of the stated surety; staff said the plat would be released on receipt of the surety.
