Peoria County finance staff: ARPA dollars on pace to be spent next year

Scott, a Peoria County financial staff member, told the committee the county is tracking American Rescue Plan Act funds and expects to spend those dollars by October of next year. "Just at a high level, we're on pace, to, spend, the American Rescue Plan Act dollars by the October of next year," Scott said.
Scott said other county projects are financially accounted for "accordingly" and invited committee members to ask questions; none were raised. The presentation was informational; no committee action followed.
Scott noted the monthly report is a routine financial tracking document the committee receives and said staff would answer follow-up questions as needed.
