"We will have a presentation from the property appraiser, mister Paul Polk," staff said during the pre-agenda discussion.
Councilors discussed whether to remove nonurgent items from the long June 4 agenda but agreed the parking-ratio discussion should remain because it affects the Land Development Regulations under review. Staff recommended postponing some city-owned property reviews to another meeting but keeping parking-ratio and impact-fee items together to allow a comprehensive discussion.
No decisions were finalized at the pre-agenda session; the formal meeting will include the property appraiser's presentation and consultant briefings on the impact-fee study.
