Oklahoma County ' The Oklahoma County Board of Adjustment on May 29 voted to continue consideration of variance VA2025-08 to its June 17, 2025 meeting after the applicant failed to appear at the hearing.
Board members discussed options when the applicant was not present: deny the application for lack of representation or move the item to the next docket. A staff member reported the county had received a letter of protest and that a representative affiliated with a church was present to speak on the matter.
"I tried to contact him before the meeting," a staff member said, explaining the applicant was not in attendance and outlining the board's options.
