Miami Beach recognizes Youth Commission; signage proposal to return to June agenda

Commissioners highlighted that members of the Youth Commission had also traveled to Tallahassee to advocate on behalf of local priorities and that the youth effort to place positive affirmations in Bayshore Park was an example of student-led civic engagement.
The Youth Commission’s certificate presentations were ceremonial.
