Carroll County to endorse Safe Streets and Roads for All plan and Vision Zero goal; resolution placed on consent

The draft resolution lists candidate projects — including road widening and other improvements identified on the safety action plan’s high-injury network — that staff proposed for initial use of any awarded grant funds. Commissioners agreed to place the resolution on the consent agenda for the upcoming formal meeting. No formal adoption vote was taken at the work session; staff will include the signed resolution in the federal grant packet submitted for the Safe Streets program.
