Citizens Bond Oversight Committee hears status updates on 2019 bond projects across parks, solar and public safety

Timkew said the McCormick‑Stillman Railroad Park splash pad and Roundhouse work are under construction and the splash pad is on track for completion in June. She said the Granite Reef Senior Center expansion to support adult day care has been moved to fiscal years 2026–27 pending additional feasibility work.
