West Chester trustees approve bills, legal services and fleet software renewals

Township staff presented requisition details: $40,553.78 to Frost Brown Todd LLC for legal services through April 30, 2025; $20,655 to Rare Step Incorporated (Fleetio) for renewal of fleet maintenance software covering roughly 283 vehicles and small‑engine items; $20,000 to Capital Electric Line Builders to replace batteries and inspect 11 outdoor weather‑warning sirens (44 batteries total) with a contingency for additional repairs; $16,298.38 to Lexipol LLC for renewal of the fire department policy manual and training resources; and $9,060 to Sports Unlimited to replace four soccer goals at Keener Park East.
Staff said Fleetio helps two mechanics manage the township fleet more efficiently and that only three local vendors can perform siren battery replacement work. Trustees approved the items by roll call.
The board also approved the motion to adopt the bills payment covering May 2–16.
