The board approved continuation of its partnership with Sodexo, which the district brought in in 2019 to improve food-service quality and participation; district staff said Sodexo’s flat-fee-per-meal approach has helped address inflationary cost pressures. The board also approved continuing consulting services with King Consulting to support Measure ES modernization funding; district staff said the firm specializes in small districts and has secured about $26,000,000 in funding for the district so far. That item passed 4–0.
All four recorded approvals in the meeting were adopted by voice vote with the board saying "Aye" and the clerk announcing passage 4–0. The record does not show individual roll-call vote names for each approval.
