Community Development Director Sherry Meads said the division would create Parcel 1 (0.23 acre), Parcel 2 (0.18 acre) and a larger remainder that includes an existing single-family home; all parcels will be served by city water, sewer and PG&E utilities. Meads said the site’s General Plan designation is Residential Medium, which anticipates 7 to 14.9 units per acre, but the proposed map would result in approximately 2.5 units per acre in this instance because of site constraints.
