Kelsey Ballard, a MidAmerican Energy representative, told the Page County Board of Supervisors that work on the Shenandoah Hills wind project in Page County is progressing toward an in‑service date by the end of 2025.
"We do still expect the project to be in service by the end of this year," Ballard said. She reported that the 21 turbine centers in Page County have been staked and crews are building entrances, grading turbine roads and installing underground collection cable. Ballard said turbine deliveries are expected to begin around mid‑June.
