The board reported two bids for the parcel. The successful bid was from Jeff Williams for $51,000; a second bid from Jerry Magpritchett was for $42,006. The board closed the public hearing on the matter on a motion by Supervisor Mayer, seconded by Supervisor Rogers; the board voted unanimously 3‑0 to close the public hearing. A motion to approve Resolution 20‑25 was made and seconded, and the roll call vote carried.
