The Fond du Lac City Council voted unanimously on May 28 to grant a Class A intoxicating liquor and Class A fermented malt beverage license to SSV LLC, which will operate as East Hyde Spirits at 405 Fond Du Lac Avenue.
City Clerk Hefter introduced the application and said background checks had been completed on the officers and the proposed agent and that city staff and the Alcohol License Committee recommended approval. “SSB LLC is applying for a class a liquor and class a beer license for Eastside Spirits at 405 Fond Du Lac Avenue for off premises consumption,” Hefter said.
Councilmember Mullen moved to approve the consent-item license; Councilmember Godfrey seconded the motion. The council proceeded to an electronic vote and the president declared the motion passed unanimously.
No additional conditions, roll-call vote counts or dissent were recorded in the meeting transcript. The council took no further action at the meeting on this item.
