School committee sets June 11 organizational meeting; appoints assistant superintendent and building‑committee chair

The school committee approved the appointment by roll call and the superintendent said the appointment will be forwarded to the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) for their approval, which the MSBA normally defers to the local governing body.
