HILLIARD, Ohio — On May 27 the Hilliard City Council adopted Ordinance 25-13 on second reading, repealing and replacing Chapter 907 concerning rights-of-way administration and amending Chapter 190 related to city fees.
The ordinance was presented as a routine code update to consolidate and clarify the city’s rights-of-way administration and associated fees. There was no public comment and council had no substantive questions. The clerk called the roll and recorded a unanimous 7–0 vote in favor. The ordinance will take effect at the earliest date allowable under law.
