Commissioners briefly reviewed acreage and noted the applicant intends no amplified or event use; commissioners asked staff to schedule a public hearing. The commission moved the introduction to a public hearing on June 23, 2025, and staff advised the applicant that any required health or septic issues and parking should be addressed in the SUP application packet before the hearing.
The commission asked staff to include the public‑hearing notice in the June agenda and to provide Board of Supervisors hearing dates should the commission recommend approval.
