City planning staff on May 28 introduced a 2025 zoning code cleanup package and said they will hold a public hearing on the package at the Planning Commission’s June 11 meeting.
Jeff Churchill, planning staff, told commissioners the package is limited to minor technical amendments — typos, incorrect references and clarifications — and does not propose new policy. "My purpose here tonight is to introduce those items in preparation for a public hearing that is scheduled at your next meeting on June 11," Churchill said.
