Ryan Goodman, a member of Redmond’s customer experience team, said the city plans the dashboard to increase transparency about the program. “The police department implemented the drone as first responder program last year to improve response times to 911 calls. Now, we’re launching an activity dashboard that will display real time data on the program, including total calls, average travel times, and more statistics that are updated regularly,” Goodman said during the broadcast.
A launch date and a web link for the dashboard were not specified in the broadcast.
