The proposed hours of operation are Monday–Saturday 9 a.m.–9 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Staff mailed 32 notices and received no written opposition.
Terry Dykstra, the prospective owner and operator, addressed the commission, described her experience in health‑and‑wellness franchises and her plan to recruit licensed therapists and manage the Keller location directly. Commissioners asked no substantive questions. Vice Chair Baker moved approval and the motion passed unanimously; the recommendation will go to City Council on June 17.
