Staff reported total work completed to date of $587,243.81 and said the amount payable now, after retainage, is $376,060.66; project inspector Garrett Lisonbee had checked and approved the work to date. A board member moved to approve the pay estimate, a second followed, and the motion passed on a voice vote.
