Vice Chair Drazen moved to adopt the -2 amendments and then moved the amended bill to the floor with a due-pass recommendation and prior reference to Ways and Means. The chair thanked stakeholders at the Oregon Business Institute and others for their work on making the state's administrative rulemaking process more accessible and transparent. The motion passed on roll call and the bill was referred to Ways and Means.
