The Los Fortinos Altos design review, elevated deck permit and tree removal permit for a new 4,001 adjusted square foot residence with a 559-square-foot elevated deck and removal of a 48-foot oak tree was continued without a new date at the May 27 Orinda Planning Commission meeting.
Staff advised the commission the project needs to be re-noticed. The commission voted to continue the item to an uncertain future date; the motion carried on a roll call vote with commissioners present voting yes.
No public testimony was recorded on the item at the hearing and staff indicated the project will be re-noticed to allow proper public notice before the project returns to the commission.
